1 kg of bernique

3 shallots

1 sprig of parsley

Pepper

Salt

1 clove of garlic




Preparation

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Take 1 kg of lynx, remove them from their shells by removing the stomach.
Step 2
Tap them (like abalones) to soften them.
Step 3
Cook them in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Stage 4
Take them out of the boiling water.
Step Five
Brown them in a frying pan with the shallots, then add the parsley, pepper, salt, garlic and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot.
