Penne gratin with asparagus and salmon

Number of persons

1 can of unsweetened condensed milk

250 g PENNE pastry

500 g green asparagus

250 g smoked salmon

1 bunch of chives

40 g butter

30 g flour

1 tablespoon lemon juice

200 g grated Beaufort or Cantal cheese

2 pinches of nutmeg

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
1-Preheat the oven to 180° (Thermostat 6).
Step 2
2-Cook the pasta al dente.
Step 3
3-Cut the asparagus into pieces.
Step 4
4-Cut the salmon into strips, add the chives, pepper and pour into a casserole dish.
Step 5
5- In a saucepan, melt the butter. When it is frothy, add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan. Pour in the condensed milk little by little, and cook over medium heat. Add the lemon juice, nutmeg and season. Pour over the pasta.
Step 6
6- Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
