500 g fresh Swiss chard to be cut into pieces, leaves and diced trunks

2 turnips, peeled and diced

2 medium potatoes cut into rounds

250 g bacon

1 onion

Béchamel (quite liquid)

Grated cheese

Breadcrumbs

Salt - pepper

Step 1
Cook chard, potatoes and turnips at the same time (steam - pressure or water). See the timings on the kitchen boy .
Step 2: Cook the chard, potatoes and turnips at the same time (steam - pressure or water).
Fry the bacon and 1 small onion (chopped) in a little oil.
Stage 3
Mix everything (steamed vegetables + onions/lardons) in an ovenproof dish: salt and pepper in the mill.
Step 4
Pour a béchamel sauce to cover the whole (quite liquid) and top with grated cheese (breadcrumbs).
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes on rotating heat, or 15 + 15 if grill option.
Author's note
Winter dish with vegetables that smell like spring! With a sweet vinaigrette if it's mild, warm tartiflette style with a piece of bread dipped in cheese if it's cold... The main thing is to fall in the season of the beêêêtes :-) miammmm !
