2 ready-to-use puff pastes

4 potatoes

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

200 g smoked bacon

200 g of beaufort

2 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 50 min
Step 1
Roll out a puff pastry in the bottom of a mould.
Step 2
Add the potatoes cut into thin slices. Sauté the minced onion separately and the bacon. Cover the potatoes with it. Then add the crushed garlic, fresh cream and beaufort cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Cover with the other puff pastry and place in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 50 minutes.

A good winter dish that fits well on the hips.
