Pie with fresh salmon and Beaufort

2 puff pastry pastries

5 cooked potatoes

4 slices of smoked salmon

200 g of beaufort

40 cl of fresh cream

1 egg yolk

1 bunch of chives

1 shallot

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Grate the beaufort and cut the salmon into strips.
Step 3
Slice the shallot and chives.
Step 4
Mix cheese, salmon, cream, chives and shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Roll out a first dough and place the mixture in it.
Step 6
Cut the potatoes into slices and place them on the mixture.
Step 7
Close with the second dough and brown with egg.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes.
