1 shortcrust pastry

25 sheets of Swiss chard

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

300 g ready-to-use mussels (or salmon cubes)

125 g county cheese in strips

2 eggs

25 cl fresh cream

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of turmeric

Preparation time: 45 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Wash the chard leaves well and chop them coarsely together with the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Brown them in the butter, add the leaves and cook for 15 min with stirring. Season with salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of turmeric.
Stage 3
Prepare the dough in the baking pan, fill with the sheets, moulds and county slices.
Step 4
Mix the eggs and the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Gently toast the sesame seeds in butter and add them to the tart, add some county slices on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 190°C (gas mark 6) for 40 min.
