1 kg of chard

Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and chard.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut them into slices.
Stage 3
Peel the chard, remove the green foliage, cut into 2 to 3 cm sections. While cutting remove the thin film.
Step 4
Cook the chard in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
Stage 5
Use a large frying pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Heat for 2 min.
Step 6
Place the tomato slices on top and reduce until a coarse purée is obtained. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbes de Provence.
Step 7
Put the chard in the pan and simmer over low heat for 30 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
