1 bunch of Swiss chard

2 puff pastry sheets

1 piece of Roquefort cheese

1 onion

2 tablespoons fresh cream

Pepper

Salt

1 egg yolk





Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 45 MIN
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Blanch the chard in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Fry the onion in a little olive oil, add the chard pieces. Gently brown until lightly coloured.
Stage 3
Spread the first dough in a pie dish, place the chard and onion mixture on top.
Stage 4
Crush the Roquefort with the crème fraîche in a bowl, add pepper.
Step 5
Spread over the pie and cover with the other dough.
Step 6
Close the edges tightly, brown with egg and bake for 25 min (thermostat 7) at 210°C.
Step 7
Serve with a green salad.
