Quiche Lorraine with chard

Quiche Lorraine with chard

Number of persons

125 g flour

70 g butter

1 kg of chard (can be replaced by leeks)

2 onions

100 g smoked bacon

1 small can of condensed milk

3 eggs



Preparation: 1 h
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Mix the flour, butter and a pinch of salt in a dish (if the dough is too thick, add more water).
Step 2
Brown the chard in boiling water. In a frying pan, cook the onions and bacon. Put the dough into a shape, making sure that the dough covers the bottom and sides well.
Stage 3
Divide the bacon and onions and cover with the chard.
Step 4
Beat the condensed milk and eggs. Spread over the chard. Season with salt and pepper (be careful, the bacon already adds salt to the dish).
Step 5
Bake 3/4 h in the oven at 200°C (preferably convection heat).
