Number of burgers

1 bag of ramen (instant noodles) with beef spices (in the Asian food section)

200 g ground beef

2 batavia leaves

1 onion

2 eggs

Corn is a matter of taste)

1 slice of comté cheese (or other cheese of your choice)

4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cook the noodles as indicated on the bag without using spices. Let them cool and in the meantime beat an egg into an omelette. Add the noodles, mix well and separate the noodles into two piles.
Step 2
Take two ramekins (crème brûlée jars), put the noodle piles in the jars to make them look like buns (hamburger buns). You can measure the noodles according to the thickness you want to give to the buns. Cover with cling film and put a weight on top (other ramekin, small saucepan or can). Put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the spices with the minced meat, season lightly with salt and pepper and shape the meat into a steak.
Step 4
Sauté a few slices of onion in oil.
Step 5
Take the ramekins out of the refrigerator, and brown the noodle buns in a frying pan in a little oil, and there you have buns that are very solid.
Step 6
Then cook the steak according to your favourite cooking method and melt the cheese on the grill or in the pan. Meanwhile, start forming your burger: a ramen cake, sauce, onion slices and salad leaves.
Step 7
When the steak is ready, make a fried egg with the last egg.
Step 8
Place the steak on the burger you started, then the processed cheese, the fried egg and finally the last ramen buns.
Step 9
Pierce the egg yolk so that it flows on your ramen burger and enjoy.
Author's note
You can add the garnish of your choice (bacon, tomatoes, peppers, etc...) it's just as good.

I add my grain of salt
