Number of persons

1 box of crozet

1 chicken stock cube

300 g of beaufort (or more for those who like it)



5 tablespoons of fresh cream

5 thin slices of raw ham

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Bring water to the boil with the chicken stock and a little salt.
Stage 2
Add the crozets and cook for about 20 min.
Stage 3
Step Four.
Grate the Beaufort.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 6
At the end of cooking the crozets, drain them.
Step 7
In a casserole dish, pour half of the crozets, pepper, roughly "crumble" the ham.

Add half of the Beaufort over the entire surface.
Step 9
Add the crème fraîche and spread it out.
Step 10
Add the rest of the crozets and pepper.
Step 11
Add the rest of the Beaufort.
Step 12
Bake until the Beaufort melts.
Author's note
Ham can be replaced by bacon. Mushrooms can be added in the middle. Do not hesitate to force on the quantities of beaufort. This gives more taste.
