200 g beaufort
200 g of county
200 g of Savoy gruyère cheese
3 glasses of white wine type Apremont or Abymes
1 knob of butter
1 pressed clove of garlic
Nutmeg
Maïzena
1 small glass of fruity liqueur

Step 1
The day before cut the bread into small cubes of 4-5 cm and let them dry in the open air.
Step 2
Grate all the pieces of cheese and mix them together.
Step 3
Mix 1 teaspoon of cornflour in the small glass of alcohol. Heat the caquelon, then melt the butter and sizzle the pressed garlic.
Step 4
Add the white wine and wait for the small boullon, then lower the heat under the fondue pot and add the cheese, stirring in a figure of 8 with a wooden spatula without stopping. When the cheese is melted, add the alcohol + cornflour, nutmeg and continue stirring in a figure of 8 until the desired consistency is reached.

It's ready to eat. Enjoy your meal!
