Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
First of all, I've always been taught that there are five cheeses in the Savoyard fondue... notice to the savoyard !
Step 2
Remove the rind from the cheeses.
Step 3
Grate the emmental, the county, the beaufort, and the abundance.
Stage 4
Rub the stove with a clove of garlic.
Step 5
Heat the white wine with the second clove of garlic over low heat, then add all the cheeses little by little until they are all melted.
Step 6
Taste it.
Author's note
I serve the fondue with cold cuts, so I don't put "big" doses of cheese, but if you serve the fondue alone, I think you have to increase all the doses.
I add my grain of salt
