Step 1
Rub a fondue pan with a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Pour in the champagne and simmer over medium heat. Gradually add the cheese while turning with a wooden spoon.
Step 3
When the cheese is melted and well mixed with the Champagne, serve with dry bread croutons.
