Sea bream tartar with lemon

Number of people

400 g sea bream

1 small jar of fish egg (lump or trout...)

1 lime

1/2 yellow lemon

4 batavia leaves

2 spoons of coconut milk

1 tablespoon olive oil

Ground pepper


Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
1) Prepare the marinade: squeeze the lemons. Mix this juice with coconut milk and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Sponge the sea bream fillets on absorbent paper, cut them into small cubes with a sharp knife.

2) Put these posson cubes in a bowl, sprinkle them with marinade, mix with a fork, cover with plastic wrap and slide in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes.

3) Rinse and sponge the green salad leaves, place them on plates, spread the sea bream tartar on top, decorate with the fish eggs. Enjoy very fresh.

- 20 minutes of refrigeration. - You can also make this recipe with cod or salmon.
