Sekou Spaghetti

Sekou Spaghetti

Number of persons

250 g spaghetti (to be adapted to your appetite!)

100 g beef steak

3 eggs

1 onion (according to your taste)

1 clove of garlic

1 large tablespoon tomato paste

1 stock cube (beef, poultry or other...)




1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a large quantity of salted water.
Stage 2
Drain and set aside the pasta when it is cooked at your convenience (al dente or not).
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the meat into small pieces (like bacon).
Stage 4
Make a reservation.
Step 5
Mince the onion (not too fine) and garlic.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion.
Step 7
Leave over low heat until translucent.
Step 8
Add the tomato paste with a glass of water.
Step 9
Add garlic and meat, season and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
Stage 10
Add water if necessary to obtain a tomato sauce that is not too liquid.
Step 11
Pour the pasta into the sauce and mix well.
Step 12
Break the eggs into the spaghetti and mix well.
Step 13
Leave to cook for a few minutes if you like the pasta to be dry.
Stage 14
Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Step 15
Serve hot.
