Shallot bib in my own way

2 bibs
4 shallots
15 g butter
15 cl thick cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the shallots into slices and cut each slice in half.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the shallots in it, then add the flank steaks.
Step 3
When they are cooked, remove them and put them aside on a plate, add the thick cream to the pan, mix and leave on a low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
When the sauce is ready, put the bibs back in the pan for a few minutes so that they can soak up the sauce.
Step 5
Serve with fries/salad/vegetables.
