Number of people

1 batavia

2 oranges

300 g pink shrimp (ideally not peeled, they are larger)
For seasoning:

1 lemon

10 cl olive oil




Preparation: 15 min

For the patient and brave, shell the shrimp and cut them in half widthwise.

Save 4 for decoration.

Put them in the bowl.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice of one orange, dice the flesh of the other and pour it over the shrimp.

Slice the batavia and send it to join the rest.

Cut the pickles in 4 lengthwise and dice them as small as possible (with boxing gloves, it can even become fun). Add all this to the bowl.

Sprinkle with a large pinch of mustard seeds.

For the lemonette:

Pour 10 cl of olive oil into a bowl.

Add a good lemon shake and salt lightly.

Mount with a fork. And pour over the whole salad.

Pretty nicely place the 4 whole shrimps that we kept earlier.

Keep in a cool place and mix just before serving.
