Ingredients Stuffed chard leaves
Number of persons

8 sheets of Swiss chard

1 onion

8 tablespoons cooked rice

1 clove of garlic

4 thin slices of ham

Preparation Stuffed chard leaves
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Boil the chard leaves for 1 min, drain them and spread them on a tea towel.
Step 2
Fry the onion in oil with the garlic, off the heat add the rice and the mushrooms.
Stage 3
Spread a chard leaf, place a quarter slice of ham and a spoonful of the rice-mushroom mixture. Roll the sheet as for an egg roll.
Step 4
Repeat with the other leaves.
