Surprise grapefruit (shrimp and crab)

Surprise grapefruit (shrimp and crab)

Number of people

2 grapefruits

200 g pink shrimp

1 can of crab or crab claws

1 red pepper

batavia leaf
For the sauce:

20 cl oil

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon mustard

Pepper from the mill


Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Remove the flesh from the grapefruits and peel it. Set aside the flesh and juice.
Step 2
Shell the shrimp, drain or shell the crab. Wash and dice the pepper.
Step 3
Prepare a mayonnaise with mustard, oil and egg yolk. Acidify it with a little grapefruit juice.
Step 4
Put the shrimp, crab, pepper cubes, grapefruit meat in a bowl. Add the sauce, stirring gently.
Step 5
Wash the salad leaves. Put a few leaves at the bottom of each half grapefruit and add the preparation. Serve very, very fresh.

It is a very acidulous and surprising entry but which in general pleases a lot.
