1 kg of chard

50 cl olive oil

50 cl herbal vinegar

2 bay leaves

2 cloves

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Heat oil with vinegar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and cloves. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
2nd stage
In the meantime, cut the sides into sticks about 2 to 3cm long.
Step 3
Cook the ribs in the mixture for 3 min at high boiling point.
Step 4
Let the chard cool on a cloth.
Step 5
Once the liquid has cooled, place the ribs in a jar and pour the liquid over them. Can be kept for 1 year.
Step 6
To be eaten with raclette, a treat.
