500 g potato

500 g of Beaufort

300 g heavy cream

Herbs of Provence

4 slices of white ham, loosened, defatted

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Steam the potatoes.
Stage 2
In the meantime, grate the beaufort.
Step 3
In a saucepan, mix the crème fraîche and the grated Beaufort cheese (keep some for the gratin).
Step 4
Heat over medium heat to melt the beaufort in the cream. Add the herbs of Provence.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to thermostat 6 (180°C).
Step 6
In a gratin dish, place the slices of ham rolled in one corner, in the other corner put the potatoes and cover with the cream with Beaufort and Provence herbs.
Step 7
Sprinkle with the remaining grated Beaufort cheese and put in the oven. Let cook for about 10 min.
Step 8
A few minutes before the end, increase the oven temperature to brown the top.
