Wok vegetables and vermicelli

Wok vegetables and vermicelli

Number of persons

1 clove of garlic

1 zucchini

200 g Swiss chard

3 carrots

100 g rice noodles

1 pinch curry powder

1 pinch of ginger powder


Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Sauté the chard ribs and the courgette cut into small pieces with a little olive oil and the chopped garlic, curry and ginger.
Step 2
In a saucepan, cook the carrots cut into tagliatelle (using a peeling knife) in boiling salted water for a few minutes until they soften.
Stage 3
Drain them and keep the cooking stock.
Step 4
Cook the vermicelli in the carrot stock for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Add all the ingredients to the wok and stir over the heat for a few minutes.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
