6 medium courgettes, straight

1 onion

450 g minced veal

100 g grated Beaufort cheese

1 small can of peeled tomatoes in juice, drained

Salt

Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Fry in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, the chopped onion, the tomatoes crushed with a fork, add salt and pepper.
Stage 3
After a few minutes, add the minced veal previously mixed with the grated Beaufort cheese. Simmer for about ten minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, cook the courgettes cut in half in the microwave: by 4 half courgettes 5 min.
Step 5
Spike them. Garnish them with the stuffing, put them in the oven for 15 min, then put them under the broiler to brown.

Serve with fragrant Thai rice.
