Avocado beetroot and mozzarella salad

10 cherry tomatoes
1 scoop of mozzarella
2 beets
100 g feta cheese
1 bunch of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1.5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of sweet mustard

Step 1
In a bowl put the avocados cut into small squares and add the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
Step 2
Add the diced beets, feta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3
In a ramekin put the oil, vinegar and mustard. Mix to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
Step 4
Put the dressing on the salad, mix it all together and put the parsley on top.
Step 5
Serve fresh!
