1 beetroot
1 fresh square
1 tablespoon honey

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Wash and then cook the beet with the skin in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes from the hissing. (A little longer if the beet is very large).
Step 2
This step can be done the day before.
Step 3
When the beet has cooled, peel it and cut it into large pieces. Blend the beet and the fresh square until you get a fairly smooth purée.
Step 4
Pour the beet cream into a small bowl, add liquid honey, stir and it's ready!

Usually I cook the beet one or two days before, to save time.
I add my grain of salt
