Ingredients

5 baked beets
5 cloves of garlic
5 anchovies in oil
1/2 bunch of parsley
4 tablespoons of vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation

Step 1
Peel the red beets and cut them into very thin slices. Chop the garlic, anchovies and parsley.
Step 2
Place the beet slices in a jar with the garlic, anchovies and parsley. Salt lightly.
Step 3
Once the jar is full, sprinkle with vinegar and cover with oil.
Step 4
Leave to marinate for 1 week before eating. Serve with cold meats.
