Number of persons

4 beef steak of 150 g

1 anchovy or garlic butter

1 glass of white wine

8 tomatoes

1 red pepper

3 onions

3 cloves of garlic

20 g butter

Olive oil

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and 20 g of butter. Peel the onions, chop them, throw them into the pan and brown them.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, crush them coarsely, add them with the crushed garlic cloves.
Step 3
Wash the pepper, cut it into strips, remove the seeds and add it to the pan. Moisten with the white wine, add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Turn on your grill. Butter your steaks on both sides with cream of anchovy or garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Place your meat on your grill, cook on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
Arrange in a hot dish with the vegetables on the side and a knob of anchovy or garlic butter on each steak.
