400 g crozet (Savoyard pasta with buckwheat)

200 g bacon

50 cl cream

1 beaufort (about 200 g or more according to taste)

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the crozets in 1 litre of barely salted water, drain and immediately put them in a casserole dish.
Step 2
Add the raw bacon, cream and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Spread the sliced Beaufort cheese over this mixture.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 175°C (gas mark 5-6) for 30 minutes until the cheese is gratine.
