4 raw red beets

4 eggs

20 cl liquid cream

1 log of goat cheese

1 onion

50 g grated Gruyere cheese

Olive oil

Pepper

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the red beets in a pressure cooker for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the beets.
Stage 2
Peel and dice them.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 4
Brown the chopped onion with a little olive oil.
Step 5
Mix the cream, eggs, crumbled goat's cheese, beetroot and onion.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and place in a dish with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with gruyère cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes.
