1 kg cooked beetroot

100 g nuts

1 acid apple cut into cubes

1 small can of tuna

Oil

1 chopped hard-boiled egg white

1 hard-boiled egg yolk, crumbled

2 coffee cups of mayonnaise

1 cup of yoghurt

1 cup of vinegar

Pepper

Salt

Preparation time: 20 min
Step 1
Mix the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
Step 2
Empty the beet flesh (as with stuffed tomatoes) and keep it aside.
Step 3
Sprinkle the bottom with salt. Add vinegar and turn the hollowed-out beets over to drain.
Step 4
In a bowl, chop the beet pulp, add pepper and salt, the chopped nuts and half of the yoghurt + mayonnaise mixture.
Step 5
Add the egg white, tuna, apple and mix.
Step 6
Stuff the beets with this mixture.
Step 7
Cover with the remaining mayonnaise and yoghurt and sprinkle with pieces of egg yolk.
Step 8
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
Step 9
Serve chilled.
