1 tub of lamb's lettuce

1 raw red beetroot

12 nuts (or more)

Raspberry Vinegar Dressing




Preparation

Preparation time: 15 min
Step 1
Rinse off the lamb's lettuce.
Step 2: Rinse the lamb's lettuce.
Rasp the red beetroot, with a fairly fine grid.
Step 3
Crack the walnuts, and cut some kernels.
Step 4
Drizzle with raspberry vinegar vinaigrette.
Step 5
Mix, and enjoy it fresh!
Author's note
You can also add some bacon from the pan, and why not some hot gizzards...
