Salad with sweet and sour flavours

2 cooked beets
1 golden apple
1 handful of crushed nuts
100 g feta cheese
Grated ginger
2 tablespoons pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Cut the beets, feta cheese and apple into small cubes.
Step 2
In a drop of oil, fry the sunflower and pumpkin seeds for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add them, along with the walnuts and grated ginger, to the preparation.
Step 4
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and one of vinegar.
Step 5
Mix it all together, it's ready!
