2 raw beets

180 g canned tuna

150 g curd cheese

1 tablespoon old-fashioned mustard

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 pinch of herbes de Provence

Salt and pepper

Step 1
Peel and slice the beets.
Step 2
Arrange them on a plate.
Step 3
In a salad bowl, mix the crumbled tuna, cottage cheese, mustard and herbs.
Step 4
Spread the beet slices generously with the mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a cool place 15 minutes before serving.
