1 potato

2 turnips

1 tablespoon vinegar (sherry)

Pepper

Salt

3 cooked beets

10 cl fresh cream (or white yoghurt)

1.2 l stock (kubor, maggi ...)




Preparation

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 35 min

-cut vegetables coarsely
Step 2
-fry onions, potatoes, turnips and beets in oil for 5 minutes.
Stage 3
-while preparing the broth
Step 4
-add the broth and vinegar to the vegetables.
Step 5
-salt(1 tbsp) , pepper
Step 6
-simmer for 35 minutes
Step 7
-add the cream
Step 8
-mixer
Step 9
-It's ready! -It's ready!
Step 10
(you can very well not add any cream. The soup will then be just as good).
