40 anchovy fillets

4 boiled potatoes

1 boiled beetroot

1 teaspoon of mustard

2 spoonfuls of olive oil

2 spoonfuls of vinegar

Mop up the anchovies and chop it up.
Cut the potatoes and beetroot into pieces.
Prepare the sauce and add the anchovies, then the vegetables.
Leave to marinate before serving.
