Beet salad with orange

Number of persons

2 cooked beets

1 fennel

1 lamb's lettuce

1 orange

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon hot mustard

1 tablespoon wine vinegar with raspberry juice

shallot (preferably grey)

Preparation: 1 h
Peel and dice the beets.
Peel and chop the shallots.
Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into a bowl with the vinegar. Melt the salt, then add the mustard, 4 turns of pepper mill, cumin and shallots.
Marinate the beet cubes in this sauce for 1 hour.
Mince the fennel and prepare the lamb's lettuce.
Serve the beets, fennel and lamb's lettuce in 3 small separate bowls.
