500 g beetroot, cooked

200 g tuna (1 large can)

3 eggs

3 tablespoons fresh cream or cottage cheese

Pepper

Salt

Preparation
Total Time: 25 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Roughly grate the beets.
Add the crumbled tuna.
Cook the hard-boiled eggs (10 min), add them to the preparation (crumble the yolk and cut the white into small pieces).
Stir in 3 to 4 spoonfuls of cream or cottage cheese.
Season to taste!!
