5 carrots

Cooking time: 15 min
Grate the carrots, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pot of boiling water. Check the cooking by pointing the knife: if it penetrates easily, it is good.
Put the beetroot with a little olive oil, pepper and salt in the blender and stir until you get a smooth paste. Set aside.
Once the carrots are cooked, leave them to cool and blend as for the beets, but add cumin in small doses.
Take small verrines and alternate one layer of carrot and another of beetroot. If possible, make another layer of each, pepper the last layer and put in the fridge or eat warm.
