2 cooked beets

1 jar of garlic and herbs cheese

20 garlic croutons (or mini breadsticks)

Cut the beets into pieces.
Puree them, then add the garlic and herbs cheese and blend for a few more seconds.
Fill the verrines and leave them in a cool place until the last moment.
Just before serving, present them with a garlic crouton or a mini breadstick planted in the preparation.
