1 kg beetroot

500 g herring

4 cooked carrots

4 hard-boiled eggs

2 onions

40 cl mayonnaise

Cooking time: 15 min
Grate the beets, cut the herring fillets, cooked carrots, hard-boiled eggs and onions into small cubes.
Put them in a bowl in layers: beets, onions, herring, carrots, hard-boiled eggs. Then cover with a layer of mayonnaise and start again: beets, onions, herring, carrots, hard-boiled eggs.
Cover the whole mass with the rest of the beetroot and finish with the mayonnaise. Leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
