4 carrots

4 cooked red beets

1 tomato

Flat-leaf parsley

Peel the carrots and cook them in water; once cooked, cut them into small squares of the same size, also cut the tomato and the beets.
Put everything in a salad bowl, add a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley and season with a tablespoon of oil and a spoon and a half of vinegar; add salt and pepper and mix everything together.
