300 g wheat flour (white or wholemeal)

20 cl of water

1 sachet of bread yeast

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 pinches of salt

1 pinch of pepper

20 cl tomato sauce for pasta/pizza (spicy or not according to your taste)

250 g of meat (ground beef or not, from chicken ...)

200 g grated cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella/cheddar/parmesan mix recommended)

1 pinch of herbes de Provence

8 pitted black olives

Cooking time: 15 min
In a bowl, place the 300 g of flour, then the baking powder, then the baking soda, the pinch of salt and the pinch of pepper. Also add the paprika and garlic salt to taste. Mix dry to homogenize the ingredients.
Then pour in half of the 20 cl of water, stir with your finger. Finally pour in the rest of the water and stir, when the dough is sticky, use your hand to mix it all together until you get a sticky dough without any flour left.
Then add a little flour by hand, mix and knead. Repeat the operation (flour plus kneading) until you get a ball of dough that is no longer sticky.
Put a little flour at the bottom of your salad bowl and on its sides, then put the ball back inside, and cover with a clean cloth.
Leave the dough to rest for about 2 hours (or less or not at all if you are in a hurry).
Preparation of the pizza.
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
On your work surface, spread a little flour so that the ball of glue does not stick.
Sprinkle your ball with a little flour and take it out of the bowl. With a rolling pin, make a disc of about 35 cm in diameter.
Place the dough thus formed on your baking sheet, with baking paper underneath or, if you don't have any flour, so that the dough doesn't stick to the baking sheet when baking.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough until you can hardly see the dough through (2 to 3 mm thick).
Then spread the meat over the surface. Do the same with the cheese until the entire surface is covered. Finally place the olives. Sprinkle with a nice pinch of herbes de Provence.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes for a soft dough, 10 to 12 minutes for a crispier dough.
Remove the pizza when the cheese has melted and begins to bubble and brown. Cut out and serve.
