For the dough:

250 g flour without lumps

1 125 g plain yoghurt or cottage cheese 0%

1 egg yolk

Salt
For the trim:

50 g tomato paste + water

1 slice of turkey breast

1/2 bell pepper

2 0% fresh squares

Preparation of the dough: mix the ingredients and make a ball. Then spread out by stretching well as it is a bit elastic. At the limit, add a little flour.
Put the disc of dough without fat on a non-stick plate.
Dissolve the tomato concentrate with a little water over a lukewarm heat, not too much so that the tomato still holds. Put on the dough first. Then put the turkey breast and the pepper in small pieces.
Now all that's left to do is sprinkle with the crumbled fresh rack.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 185°C.
