1 pizza dough
1/2 chorizo
1/2 onion
1 box of button mushrooms
40 cl tomato purée
2 slices of ham
50 g grated Gruyere cheese
25 cl liquid cream
1 spoonful of oregano

Spread your pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce over the entire surface of the dough.
Cut the two slices of ham in half. Arrange them on top of the tomato sauce.
Sauté the mushrooms with the half onion in a buttered frying pan.
Add the liquid cream to the mixture.
Mix everything together. Spread the mixture evenly over the ham.
Slice the half chorizo into thin slices. Arrange them on the pizza. Add a good layer of grated Gruyere cheese.
Sprinkle the pizza with oregano. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at thermostat 6.
