Number of persons

500 g caster sugar

1 water

4 cl balsamic vinegar

4 cooked red beets

Total Time: 35 min
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Prepare a syrup: put the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil for a few moments.
Put the whole beets in a bowl, add the syrup and the balsamic vinegar. Blend with a soup mixer (watch out for splashes!) or use a blender.
Put in the freezer for a while until the preparation "sets" without becoming too hard, you should be able to pass a knife blade without difficulty.
Use an ice cream maker and enjoy.
