2 cans of smoked salmon in bacon

2 beets

Cook the potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. After cooking the potatoes, dice them and mix with a little mayonnaise and arrange them in the bottom of a salad bowl.
Arrange the diced salmon on top and add a touch of mayonnaise.
Now it's the beets' turn: cut them up and mix them with a little mayonnaise, arrange them on top of the salmon cubes.
Take the hard-boiled eggs, peel them and cut them in 2, in order to separate the yolk and the white. Mix the egg yolk with mayonnaise, and arrange on top of the beets.
Do the same with the egg white.
Leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
