350 g flour (bread dough type) + 100 g to work the dough

2 teaspoons of salt

1 sachet of baker's yeast

3 tablespoons of olive oil

25 cl warm water

Cooking time: 15 min
Put 350 g of flour in a large salad bowl then add salt, baker's yeast and olive oil successively.
Gradually pour in the warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon.
Stir for a long time until the dough comes away from the bowl.
Leave the paste to rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a cloth in a warm place.
After the resting time, place some flour on your work surface and place the pizza dough on it.
Work it as you would work a bread dough.
Shape your pizza to the dimensions of your baking tray or ideally, place the dough on baking paper.
Enhance your pizza with the stoneware of your desires or your leftovers in the fridge.
