1 pizza dough

70 g tomato paste

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 can of tuna in brine (200 g)

50 g 0% curd cheese

20 g capers, drained

Grated grana padano cheese (or parmesan)

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet in the oven.
In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with the same amount of warm water to obtain a purée that is not too liquid.
Add the olive oil.
Spread the mixture with a spoon over the dough, almost to the edges.
Sprinkle with herbes de Provence and a little salt.
In another bowl, mix the drained tuna with the cottage cheese and capers.
Do not season!
Spread it all over the pizza, if it mixes a little with the tomato purée it's normal.
Sprinkle a little oregano on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy while still warm, with a salad.
