Ingredients

500 g flour

20 g potato starch

10 g sugar

10 g salt

25 g fresh baker's yeast (cake section in supermarkets)

about 30 cl of water

3 tablespoons of olive oil




Preparation

Cooking time: 15 min
In a large bowl, mix the flour, starch, sugar and salt with a wooden spatula. Add the crumbled yeast and stir again.
Then take your electric mixer and engage the 2 corkscrew-shaped tips; they are used to knead the dough (otherwise do it with your hands but I don't guarantee the result). Add the water gradually and knead (power 2 on my mixer).
Once you have added all the water, judge if it is necessary to add flour if the dough hangs too much. Add the olive oil and flour the bowl under and above (in short, all around the dough).
Wrap the bowl with a cloth and leave the dough to rest for 20 to 30 min.
Oil the dish in which you wish to place your pizza. Now you just have to spread it out.
